The victims of Eric Klein are my in-laws Gene and Pat.

They worked their entire life to have a comfortable retirement. They were on-track to build their “forever home” until Eric Klein used the money they gave him to build their home for other things.

There is a Colorado statute that says all monies given a contractor must be used on that project. Eric knew this. Eric admitted he could get into “big trouble” for using their money elsewhere, but he did it anyway… and admitted to it.
